We manufacture teak furniture in grade B and grade C. The supply of grade A teak wood is virtually finished as most of the grade A teak wood in Indonesia has already been cut down and new harvests are not yet ready for cutting for at least a few more years. Sometimes we
will come across grade A teak wood and we will use it if available at a cost effective price, or a customer demands quality A. This comes at a price that is often too great for most of our customers. Our factory hosts 3 large kilns that we use to dry the teak timber we source from legal government teak plantations, before the finishing process. We utilize eco-friendly water based coatings to
protect the furniture from the elements. Nearly all of our furniture is flat packed in boxes and is either folding or knock down form.
In 2009 we completely renovated our production facilities from the ground up, and built an entirely new factory. It is a modern and well equipped facility with all of the latest high tech machinery and equipment needed to produce quality furniture. Assembly, finishing, packing, and loading your furniture orders are done in house
right here at the factory. Contemporary designs incorporating new materials such as synthetic rattan, textiline, and aluminum, give our product a fresh modern look. Our reclaimed teak collection offers the discerning buyer an eco-friendly and green alternative.
