Annapurna Treasures Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Annapurna Treasures. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once your order is confirmed and processed we will notify you of the estimated shipping time. Shipping time may take up to 4-6 weeks depending on our stock on hand. Most of our products are imports and must be sent from our overseas suppliers. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges will be applied at the standard rates of the service you choose at the time of shipment. The following services are used for shipping purposes by Annapurna Treasures. Fed Ex, DHL, UPS, and USPS. No other shipping methods are available. Shipping rates will be calculated for your order according to which of the above services you choose. Please let us know your preferred shipping service provider in the comments section of the checkout page when placing your order.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur during peak holiday season so be sure to order well in advance.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Annapurna Treasures ships to physical addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Your shipping address must match your billing address is a credit card or PayPal option is used for payment.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours and will be provided by the carrier you choose for delivery.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Annapurna Treasures is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order for any orders shipped outside of the USA. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Annapurna Treasures is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. All orders are carefully packed and thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
