ANSWERS:
Q: Why don't you print your prices on your web site? A: We receive a tremendous amount of inquiries on a daily basis from all over the world. The majority of
our customers are large firms including hotel design firms, interior design project managers, wholesale furniture distributors and large retail furniture dealers. All of the prices for our furniture products are
determined by volume of purchase. Since each customer has a specific set of needs in regards to volume of purchase and etc., we simply cannot post a set list of prices.
Q: Can you send me more information or a printed catalog of your products? A: We do not have hard copy printed catalogs available. Our web site contains all of the products we
manufacture with photos, code numbers and dimensions of each product. It is in fact a virtual catalog of
our product line. We do have a CD ROM catalogue available. When you place your first order with us, we will send you a copy of our CD ROM catalogue.
Q: What are the finish options available? A: You can find out more about finishes we use by clicking here.
Q: Where is your factory located? A: Our production facilities are located in Solo and Jepara Central Java, and the island of Bali, Indonesia.
Q: How long will it take to produce my order? A: Production lead time is normally 5 - 6 weeks depending on the products ordered. Large orders for
hotels and other hospitality industry projects can take longer, but once again, it really depends on the order.
Q: Do you have a showroom where I can view your products? A: Yes. We have a showroom here in Bali which contains many of the fine furniture products we manufacture.
Q: Do you have a showroom in the continental United States where I can view your products? A: We do not have a showroom in the USA. We do have a North American representative who can
answer any questions about our furniture and assist you in placing your order.
Q: How many items will fit in a 40 foot container? A: The volume of a container depends solely on the items purchased. We can calculate the volume of
your purchase based on the items you select and tell you what percentage you need to add or subtract to meet that requirement and fill the container to it's capacity.
Q: How much is the shipping to my port? A: We really can't tell you that until we know the destination. Once we have received that information
we will respond with a shipping quote to the destination you specify.
Q: Your prices are higher than some of the other companies I have inquired with. Why?
A: The answer is simple. Quality. If you pay cheap prices, you will get cheap furniture. It's as simple as that. We manufacture all of our teak and mahogany products with grade "A", kiln dried wood. The
others DO NOT use kiln dried wood and they DO NOT use quality timber to manufacture their furniture.
Q: Is there a choice of fabrics for pieces of furniture that are covered with fabric?
A: All of our customers provide their own fabrics. Since many countries have strict fire spread ratings for furniture fabrics it is normally necessary for the customer to supply their own fabrics. Our standard
fabric covering is calico.
Q: How can I check your quality before I decide to purchase a container of furniture? A: You can come to our showroom here in Bali or you can order samples which can be shipped to you at
your cost via DHL or FED EX. Alternatively, you can hire an agent to do your quality control for you.
Q: What is the difference between furniture made with kiln dried wood and furniture that is not?
A: The difference is simple. Kiln dried wood will not split or crack when taken from a humid climate such as Indonesia, into a dryer climate such as the USA or Europe. Furniture that is not made with kiln
dried wood will immediately begin to deteriorate upon exposure to these drier climates. The result is
furniture that cracks and splits and cannot be repaired because of continual deterioration. If you buy furniture that is not kiln dried you are making a huge mistake!
Q: Do you guarantee your products? A: Yes we do. All of our products are guaranteed to be high quality, kiln dried furniture products. If for
some odd reason you receive a defective product from us, we will replace it on the next shipment.
Q: Can you manufacture custom pieces of furniture for my project? A: Yes. We will need specific details including technical drawings, detailed specifications and exact
measurements. All custom pieces are considered prototypes and pricing will depend on the volume of the order.
Q: I am planning a trip to Bali soon. How do I find your showroom? A: We can arrange to have someone pick you up at your hotel and bring you to our showroom here in
Bali. Or simply call us upon your arrival and we can explain very easily how to find our showroom.
Q: Can you help me manage the packing and shipping details of my order? A: Yes we can. We are affiliated with a very good shipping company here and can assist you, free of
charge, in helping to insure that your order is packed and handled correctly.
We will add more FAQ's in the future. Thanks!
